How to buy:

Our jewellery can be purchased securely via the website.  Just click on the “Add to Cart” button alongside the item(s) you wish to purchase and your shopping cart will be updated. 

When you are ready to complete your purchase there is a “View Cart” facility.  Follow the steps within the shopping cart to go through to the checkout and complete your purchase.  Payment is taken via PayPal – all major credit and debit cards are accepted.  Alternative payment options (such as cheque or bank transfers) are available on request – please get in touch for more information.

Packaging and Gift Wrapping

Our Beadelicious Range is packaged within an organza bag and our Argento Range within a Gift Box. Gift wrapping is available for a small additional cost – please contact us if you would like this service.

Who are we?

Good question. We are a mother (Rita) and daughter (Marie) team who are pretty passionate about jewellery making. Rita lives near Exeter in Devon and Marie in Weymouth, Dorset. Both beautiful and inspirational parts of the country. We are very lucky.

We started out in a small way making and selling Beadelicious, our fashion range of jewellery, at local craft shows and one or two retail outlets. Then about 5 years ago Rita went on a silversmithing course up in the West Midlands and the Argento range was born.

At this point we started to get really busy; Marie making Beadelicious and Rita Argento, so much so that we gave up the shows and started to sell our pieces from Galleries through the South West. This by its very nature is an impersonal service as we ourselves have no rapport with our customers, the Gallery being the intermediary.

This new web site is designed to get us back in touch with you, our customers, so that you have a means of telling us directly, exactly what you want if you don’t see it pictured. This is actually really exciting for us as it is something we have missed over the last couple of years or so. However, you will still find our pieces in our existing Galleries; this new venture is just a more personalised extension of that.

What is Argento?

This is our range of completely handmade Sterling Silver jewellery.  All pieces are stamped .925 the European mark for Sterling Silver.  If gold is used in the decoration it will also be stamped either 9ct or 18ct depending on which is used.

Our large designer chains are a bit of a speciality so be sure to notice the sizes as given with the description of the pieces; you will be surprised just how big the links are.

If stones are used they will always be of good quality, this is our top range and we do not compromise with any component of its make-up.

We only use British Sterling Silver; none of our silver is imported.  Be very aware that silver imported from other countries outside Europe is not always .925 but of a lesser grade and erroneously called Sterling.

Joins are always soldered for security, and stones either claw or roll fitted not glued.

All necklaces or chains have an extension chain as standard.

We can make any piece to fit any person provided we are given the correct measurement in advance.  The prices quoted are for an average fit that will be acceptable for most people.  Feel free to give us a call if you need to talk about a piece you have your eye on.

All pieces will come with a complimentary jewellery box.

What is Beadelicious?

Quite simply it is a stunning range of high quality fashion jewellery which is completely handmade. 

All fittings are silver plate or in some designs non-allergenic metals.  Earring wires are also on a non-allergenic core. 

We use only top quality glass beads, mostly Czech or Venetian.  If crystals are used these are always by Swarovski as nothing else will do to set off the design.  All necklaces come with a short extension chain as standard to allow you to adjust the necklace to the neckline of your dress etc.

If you need another length than that given in the description or indeed a colour not shown then give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.

Remember each piece will be made for you when you place your order so you will need to allow up to 2 weeks delivery time.  Mostly it will be less than this but be aware of the delivery time in the case of presents.
