Wild Rose Choker Set

This is a truly stunning, handmade Sterling Silver jewellery set incorporating Freshwater pearls as focal points for the piece. The choker is formed from solid 2mm ‘D’ shaped Sterling wire and has the European .925 stamp. The flower and leaf are hand cut separately from 0.6mm Sterling sheet, they are then given a natural shape by doming and forming with specialist tools; vein detailing is then added. These two pieces are then soldered together before soldering the assembly to the choker wire. A Freshwater pearl is mounted into the flower and 0.6mm Sterling wire is wrapped tightly round curled and teased into pleasing swirls around the pearl forming a focal centre to the flower. Three lengths of 4mm Sterling chain are suspended from the rear of the flower to take the three drop pearls. This is a totally original high impact piece which will stand out in any crowd and would make a lovely addition to a wedding outfit or evening dress. Finishing the set is a pair of pretty Sterling and pearl earrings. These are kept fairly simple to offset the complexity of the choker; nevertheless, every attention to detail has been used as you can see from the photograph, the pearls being encased in Sterling end-caps with beads as further detailing.
